RETURN POLICY

How to Cancel an Order?

To request cancellation, you can log in to your account and cancel your order from the membership panel, send an email to iletisim@nillkin.com.tr, or contact us through our contact page.

How to Return a Product?

To proceed with the return, you must contact Nillkin at iletisim@nillkin.com.tr.

What is the Return Period?

To use your return right, you must return the product with its box, packaging, and any standard accessories, undamaged and intact, within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason or paying any penalty. Returns can be made within this period.

Refunds to credit cards will reflect according to the bank’s processing time.

If the purchase was made with a credit card and in installments, the bank will process the refund in installments corresponding to the number of installments the product was purchased with.

Returns do not appear in monthly statements, but you may see them in your account statement.

Which Products Are Not Accepted for Return?

Products that are customized according to the buyer’s specific needs or have been altered or personalized cannot be returned.

Products with opened packaging, seals, tapes, or protective elements, items that require direct bodily contact for usage (such as headphones), single-use products, and similar items cannot be returned unless defective or faulty.

How Does the Process Work for Damaged Products?

We ensure the products are packaged properly to reach you in the best condition. If there is an issue caused by the shipping company, damaged packages should not be accepted, and a report should be filed with the delivery company.

If the delivery company believes the package is undamaged, you have the right to open the package to check if the products are undamaged and request that the situation be recorded with a report. However, once the package is accepted, the delivery company’s responsibility is considered fulfilled.

If the package was not accepted and a report was filed, the situation should be communicated to us as soon as possible along with a copy of the report. We will ensure a new and healthy delivery takes place as soon as possible.
