Payment
Due to the fact that installment sales can only be made with credit cards issued by banks, the buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will separately confirm the applicable interest rates and default interest with their bank. The provisions regarding interest and default interest will be applied under the Credit Card Agreement between the bank and the BUYER, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.
Shipment
Once the order confirmation email is sent, stock is available, and the product price is paid, the product(s) will be handed over to our contracted courier company and delivered to the address specified by you.
After the customer approves the total amount (including VAT) in the shopping cart (or total installment amounts in case of installment payments), the payment will be processed via the relevant bank's POS. Therefore, the order will not be shipped until the customer receives the order confirmation email.
Delivery
Your order will be prepared within 24 hours at the latest, invoiced, and then handed over to the shipping company.
Once your order is delivered to the shipping company, the tracking details will be sent to your email address after 6:00 PM on the same day.
The delivery time for your products may vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping company's delivery time. You can track your shipment via the tracking link provided in the email sent to you.
The shipping cost is paid by the customer. However, in the case of free shipping campaigns, it is covered by us.
Products will be sent as phone notice to areas where the courier company does not deliver directly to addresses.
If you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, it will be considered that you have fulfilled your obligation completely and correctly. We are not responsible in this case.
If the product is delivered to another person/entity, we are not responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. Therefore, any damage caused by the delayed delivery or any costs related to the product being held at the courier company and/or returned to us will be your responsibility.
In areas where the courier company delivers only once a week, there may be delays due to incorrect or missing shipment information, social events, or natural disasters. We are not responsible for such delays.
If the product(s) have not arrived within the specified days, you can report delivery issues to us via email at iletisim@nillkin.com.tr.
In case of a damaged package, the damaged package should not be accepted, and a report should be made with the shipping company.
If the delivery company representative believes that the package is not damaged, you have the right to request that the package be opened and checked for undamaged contents and for the situation to be recorded in a report. However, once the package is accepted by you, the delivery company’s duty will be considered fulfilled.
If the package was not accepted and a report was made, the situation should be reported to us as soon as possible, along with the copy of the report you have retained.
