Customer Information Notice Regarding the Processing
of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the
"Law") and the Regulation on the Procedure and Principles for Fulfillment of the Obligation to
Inform (the "Regulation"), we would like to inform you with this Information Notice prepared by the
data controller, Nillkin Communication Accessories Import Trade and Industry Inc.
(the "Company").
Your personal data, including Identity (name-surname, T.C.
identity number), Contact (address, phone number, email address),
Financial (payment information, tax information), and Customer
Transaction (order, request, and transaction information) categories, will be processed
for the purposes listed below.

- Execution of information security processes
- Conducting activities in compliance with the legislation
- Execution/monitoring of business activities
- Execution of communication activities
- Conducting product/service sales processes
- Providing after-sales support services for products/services

Method of Data Collection and Legal Grounds
These personal data are processed either fully or partially automatically or
through non-automatic methods as part of a data recording system, and they are processed based on
the following legal grounds:
- Explicitly stipulated in laws
- Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
- Necessary for the establishment, use, or protection of a right
- Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm
the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
Transfer of Personal Data
Your processed personal data may be transferred to authorized
public institutions and organizations, natural persons, or private law legal entities within the
scope of the purposes listed below.
- To authorized official institutions/organizations and to our Certified Public Accountant or
Lawyer for the fulfillment of the Company's legal obligations or for the establishment, use, or
protection of the rights of the Company, under the Tax Procedure Law and relevant similar
regulations.
- To companies authorized by the Company and providing services related to software and IT
operations, provided that it does not harm your basic rights and freedoms.
We may transfer your data in accordance with the conditions and purposes
specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and in accordance with the privacy regulations stipulated
in the relevant legislation.
Ensuring Data Security
We take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an
appropriate security level to prevent the unlawful processing or access of personal data and to
ensure the preservation of personal data. Additionally, we store your personal data for the duration
required by the relevant legislation and in line with the purposes mentioned in this Information
Notice.
Rights of the Data Subject and Application Procedure
Under Article 11 of the Law, you can exercise the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- If your personal data has been processed, request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with
that purpose,
- Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, both within the country
and abroad,
- If your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, request its correction and request the
notification of this correction to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- In case the reasons for processing personal data cease to exist, request the deletion or
destruction of your personal data and request the notification of this deletion or destruction
to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you, as a result of processing your data solely
through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of
your personal data.
To exercise the above-mentioned rights, you can submit your requests by
filling out the form on our website and signing it with a wet signature;
- By delivering it in person or by sending it via registered mail with return receipt or through a
notary public to Taşdelen Mah. Turgut Özal Cad. Zentra İş Merkezi 112-118 Daire:10 Çekmeköy /
İstanbul with identification and address verification documents, or
- By sending it to the email address info@nillkin.com.tr using the email address previously
notified to our company and registered in our system.
