1. SUBJECT
This Sales Agreement Pre-Information Form is for the sale and delivery of the
product/products with the specifications and sale price stated below, which the SELLER has
sold to the PURCHASER. It covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance
with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales
Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188). By accepting this pre-information form, the
PURCHASER acknowledges that by confirming the order, they will be obliged to pay the price
of the product and any additional charges such as shipping costs, taxes, etc., and that they
have been informed about this in advance.
5. PRODUCT(S) INFORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT
5.1 The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of
the product(s) subject to the agreement are provided on the SELLER's website. You can review
the basic features of the product during the campaign period. The validity period is until
the specified campaign date.
5.2 The prices listed and displayed on the site are the sale prices. The
listed prices and offers are valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a
limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.
5.3 The total sales price of the product or service, including all taxes, is
shown in the table below.

The shipping cost is to be paid by the PURCHASER.
6. GENERAL TERMS
6.1. The PURCHASER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read
and been informed of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery
information of the product on the SELLER's website and have confirmed this in the electronic
environment. By confirming the pre-information electronically, the PURCHASER also
acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have obtained the correct and complete
information regarding the address, basic characteristics of the products ordered, the prices
including taxes, and the payment and delivery details of the products.
6.2. Each product subject to the agreement will be delivered to the PURCHASER
or the person or institution designated by the PURCHASER, within the period specified on the
seller's website, depending on the distance from the PURCHASER’s place of residence, but not
exceeding the 30-day legal period. If the product cannot be delivered within this period,
the PURCHASER has the right to cancel the contract.
6.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product free from any defects, in
compliance with the specifications in the order, along with the necessary warranty documents
and user manuals, and in accordance with legal regulations. The SELLER is also committed to
maintaining and improving the service quality, ensuring that all necessary precautions are
taken during the performance of the contract.
6.4. The SELLER may provide an alternative product of the same quality and
price by informing the PURCHASER and obtaining explicit consent if the product subject to
the agreement becomes unavailable.
6.5. If the SELLER cannot fulfill the obligations of the agreement due to the
impossibility of performance, the SELLER will inform the PURCHASER in writing within 3 days
of learning about the situation and refund the total amount to the PURCHASER within 14 days.
6.6. The PURCHASER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that if the payment
for the product is not made or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is relieved of
the obligation to deliver the product.
6.7. After the delivery of the product to the PURCHASER or the person or
institution designated by the PURCHASER, if the product price is not paid due to
unauthorized use of the credit card, the PURCHASER acknowledges that they will be
responsible for the payment of the product price.
