• 5.1 The basic features of the product(s)/service(s) (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are available on the SELLER's website. The basic features of the product can be examined during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the specified date.
• 5.2 The listed and advertised prices on the website are the sale prices. These prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the specified date.

6. GENERAL TERMS

• 6.1 The BUYER confirms that they have read and acknowledged the basic details of the product(s), sales price, payment method, and delivery information available on the SELLER's website and have given electronic confirmation of this.
• 6.2 Each product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/company specified by the BUYER within the time specified in the pre-information section, based on the distance from the BUYER's residence. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the BUYER has the right to cancel the contract.
• 6.3 The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product in compliance with the specifications of the order and to provide any guarantee documents and user manuals. The SELLER also ensures the product complies with legal standards.
• 6.4 If the SELLER cannot fulfill its obligations, they may inform the BUYER and deliver an alternative product of equal quality and price with the BUYER's consent.
• 6.5 If the product becomes impossible to deliver, the SELLER agrees to notify the BUYER in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.
• 6.6 The BUYER agrees to electronically confirm this Pre-Information Form and acknowledge that if the product price is not paid or the payment is cancelled, the SELLER is no longer obliged to deliver the product.
• 6.7 If the product is delivered but the payment is not received due to unauthorized use of the BUYER's credit card, the BUYER agrees to return the product within 3 days at the SELLER's expense.
• 6.8 If there are force majeure events that prevent or delay the delivery, the SELLER will inform the BUYER. The BUYER may cancel the order or request a delay until the issue is resolved. In case of cancellation, the BUYER will receive a refund for payments made.
